The fixture device comprises a base section (1) with an opening (10) to permit the insertion or removal of the endotrachea tube (14), and has an ear section (12) with a through hole (120) for insertion of a cord (16). The opening is joined via a guide section (11) that extends from the sides and which facilitates the insertion or removal of the endotrachea tube. The guide section is joined via two inclined surfaces (111). The base section may end with a fixture grip (13) with a through hole (130) that enables a firm connection of the endotrachea tube with a connector (15). The base section may be circular whilst the fixture grip may be an arched flange that prevents the build up of mucous in the mouth of the patient when the fixture device is in-situ. |
