The float glass has transition temperature Tg at 600[deg]C or more, viscosity (eta ) of 10 13> dPas and thickness of less than 1 mm. The float glass has 3 or less cracks/m 2> of size greater than 50 mu m, when removed from the float apparatus. An independent claim is included for manufacture of the float glass.
