There is provided a sound field measuring device using a measurement signal having at least one change point and having a frequency spectrum of a shape in accordance with the shape of the frequency spectrum of a background noise. This enables measurement with a high S/N ratio over a wide frequency band in sound field measurement for measuring an impulse response or a transfer function of the sound field space as a linear and temporally unchangeable system to be measured.
