<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that sufficient services cannot be provided in: the quality check at the time of the sale/payment; provision of information on the utilization, etc. after the sale of the commercial product; or the user support in case of a commercial product failure. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a product ID storage area which stores a product ID including information for identifying a product, a communication address storage region which stores a communication address showing a communication destination to a product manager such as a manufacturer/seller who sells the product and carries out user support related to the product, and an information storage area which stores information related to the quality and operation of the product, on the product.
