<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive information presentation system which is excellent in scalability and flexibility by combining an operation instruction preparation system which is excellent in scalability and flexibility with a plurality of information presenting devices which can be manufactured at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: An operation instruction preparation system set at a remote side collects information by using a computer network, and prepares an operation instruction(instruction to define the operation of an information presenting device) for the information presenting device from the information, and the information presenting device set at a user side changes or operates the status of a movable object or a sounding body or a light emitting body based on the operation instruction in order to present visual information and auditory information to the user.
