<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system in which light from a light emitting element can be dispersed at an arbitrary degree by one kind of lens. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting system is constituted of a transparent lens (20) in which an incident face (20A) of the light is planar and an emitting face (20B) of the light is hemispherical, the light emitting element (30) placed behind the incident face of the lens on the same optical axis as that of the lens, and a mounting base part (32) forward/backward movement freely mounting the light emitting element against the incident face of the lens. By moving the light emitting element forward/backward against the lens, the degree of the diffusion of the light from the lens is set, and the light is irradiated ahead. The light emitting element may be mounted at a distance of diffusing the light to the incident face or at a distance of converging the light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
