<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module that is compact in structure and can be manufactured easily and, at the same time, can be improved in generated energy by smoothly radiating heat from a solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar battery module A, a packing material 12, the solar battery element 10, another packing material 12, and a metallic member 13 are interposed in layered states between a surface protective cover 11 and a rear-surface film 14. The packing material 12 is interposed between the solar battery element 10 and metallic member 13 and, at the same time, at least the metallic member 13 is interposed between the solar battery element 10 and rear surface film 14. Then the end of the metallic member 13 is brought into contact with a frame 15 by means of a first bent section 13a which is formed by turning-up the end of the member 13 by 180°at the end of a frameless module 1, and a second bent section 13b which is bent to extend downward while coming into contact with the inner surface of a frame 15b after the end is extended inward while coming into contact with the top surface of the frame 15b along the bottom surface of the rear-surface film 14 from the first bent section 13a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
