<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle braking light, a control device for the vehicle braking light and a control program for the vehicle braking light giving approaching feeling to a preceding vehicle in response to the pressing amount of a brake pedal. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle braking light 51 is provided with a plurality of lighting units 51a, 51b, 51c vertically arranged. The plurality of lighting units 51a, 51b, 51c are provided such that a distance between centers of gravity of the left and right lighting units becomes larger as in the lighting units arranged at a lower part.
