PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a material cost problem and a problem causing complication of work due to use of a special electric cable and separate arrangement of components by suppressing radiation noise emitted from a cable by using components constituting electronic equipment in which a main circuit board for processing signals from a built-in digital recording and reproducing device is connected to the recording and reproducing device via the cable. SOLUTION: In a metallic case of the electronic equipment 13, a DVD apparatus 11 provided with a metallic cover member 18 on the bottom and a signal processing circuit board 22 for processing digital signals are arranged side by side, and a digital signal cable 30a for electrically connecting between the both is held in a clearance between the bottom cover member 18 of the DVD apparatus 11 and the electronic equipment case 13, and thereby the radiation noise emitted from the digital signal cable 30a is shielded.
