PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, flexible, and cost-effective method that loads modules in executing in a pre-operating system environment. SOLUTION: This system is provided with library memory space which memorizes a pre-operating system library including a first instance of a library module 48, an application memory space which memorizes application 42 and 44 including a loader 46 and a second instance of the library module 48, and a processor which is connected to a first memory space and a second memory space, executes a loader 46 at executing, generates the second instance of the library module 48 from the first instance under control of the loader 46, and links the second instance of the module 48 with the application 42 and 44.
