PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from taking a photograph without selecting a shooting mode. SOLUTION: A selection operation member 15 is integrated with a regulatory plate portion 16, a coupling portion 72, a pressing portion 73, a gear portion 74 and a plate spring portion 75. A transmission gear 82 rotates interlocked with a rotating operation of a winding knob 12 of a shutter charge mechanism 48, the rotation of the transmission gear 82 is converted to straight move in the gear portion 74, the selection operation member 15 and the regulatory plate portion 16 move to the left in the figure, and the regulatory plate portion 16 reaches a shutter regulation position where it covers over a release button 9. After shutter charge, when the selection operation member 15 is moved to the right in the figure while being thrust down against the energizing force of the plate spring portion 75, the regulatory plate portion 16 retreats to a shutter allowance position to expose the release button 9.
