PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an empty space in a hinge portion while actualizing the existence of a hinge shaft on a single side. SOLUTION: A frame 5 on the side of a display part and a frame 6 on the side of an operation part are connected to each other at two portions on both sides of portable electronic equipment.
