PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure actuator 1 having a further smaller size, wherein option members are firmly connected to the side face of the body of the actuator, even if compact or short in stroke, without the need for machining a number of screw holes in the side face of the body. SOLUTION: The actuator 1 comprises the body 2 having cylinder chambers 3A, 3B provided inside and fluid supply/discharge ports 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D provided in side faces 2a, 2b in communication with the cylinder chambers 3A, 3B and the option members 21, 31 connected thereto with connection members 41A, 41B, 41C, 41D. The connection members 41A, 41B, 41C, 41D are screwed into the ports 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D of the body 2. Thereby, the option members 21, 31 are connected to the body 2 so that fluid is supplied/discharged through a flow path 42 previously provided in the connection members 41A, 41B, 41C, 41D to/from the cylinder chambers 3A, 3B of the body 2.
