PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device suppressing vibration, noise and early stage wear of an abutment part. SOLUTION: Even if a guide shaft 9A inclined in relation to an axial line of a diaphragm spring tip axial line and so called misalignment angle component is generated, an outer member 21a and a flange part 22 rocks around an axle crossing perpendicularly to the axial line in relation to an inner member 21 of a guide sleeve 20, an inner ring 11 of the clutch release bearing retained by the same equally abuts on the tip 7a of the diaphragm spring 7 of a clutch device.
