PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling work of an intercooler and to prevent a mount rubber from suffering damage at setting the intercooler. SOLUTION: The mount rubber R is installed in intake air side setting parts 23, 24 of the intercooler 6, and a projection 33 is formed adjacent to it. On the other hand, intake air side setting seats 30, 31 to fix the intercooler 6 are formed in an intake manifold 13. The intake air setting seats 30, 31 have inclined planes 30a, 31a extending obliquely downward and forward at the front end. The intercooler 6 is assembled in a connected state of a U-shape intake air pipe 12 and a throttle body 15 to a second flexible connecting pipe 16. When the intercooler 6 is moved to the upper range of the engine 2 by oscillating the intercooler 6, the projection 33 slidingly contacts with the inclined planes 30a, 31a of the intake air side setting seats 30, 31.
