PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher, especially a swinging selection device to solve the problems of being enlarged. SOLUTION: The thresher is constituted as follows. An air selection chamber 13 having the swinging selection device 15 is installed in the terminal end side in the treating material-conveying direction at the lower part of a threshing chamber 8. The starting end part of the swinging selection shelf 14 of the swinging selection device 15 is positioned at the upper part of a winnower casing 11 of a blasting winnower 10, and a grain rack 17 is formed on the upper face by parallelly forming conveying protrusions 16 in the swinging direction. A sub-selection air passage 19 is formed between the grain rack 17 and the bottom plate 18 of the swinging selection shelf 14. A plurality of the sub-selection air-inputting parts 20 is installed in the width direction in the front end part of the swinging selection shelf 14, and connected to an air chamber 21 installed in the front end part of the swinging selection shelf 14.
