<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric fusion circuit with a configuration which enables quick functional change (reconstruction) with a sufficient processing speed by utilizing an optical circuit which can constitute an optical connection comparatively flexibly. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric fusion circuit includes a first operation block 205 with an output unit 218, a second operation block 205 having a plurality of input units 217, and an optical circuit for optically connecting between the operation blocks 205. The optical circuit has a sheet-like optical transmission medium 101 and a plurality of optical ports 102.
