<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing tool which can uniformly and flatly dress an abrasive cloth, and can minimize residual abrasive grain remaining on a surface of the abrasive cloth due to falling from dressing grindstones, and to provide a dressing device. <P>SOLUTION: The dressing tool 2 is formed like a disk as a whole, and includes sectoral brushing sections 6, base sections 8 arranged between the brushing sections and radially extending from the center of the tool, and the plurality of dressing grindstones 7 arranged on surfaces of the base sections. The dressing grindstones 7 arranged between the brushing sections 6 form a dressing grindstone row, and the dressing tool has the dressing grindstone rows in plurality as a whole.
