<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pb-free glass ceramic multilayer wiring board with a built-in capacitor in which the rate of the change in the dielectric constant of a dielectric layer is low to some extent, and the dielectric constant is high. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric paste comprises barium titanate powder by 85.0 to 99.5 pts.mass and alkali metal-containing glass powder by 0.5 to 15.0 pts.mass, and further comprises a resin binder and an organic solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
