<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition in which charge density per unit volume of charged particles can be improved and electrophoretic rate of charged particles in a discharge part in an inkjet recording device is sufficiently rapid and concentration of charged particles sufficiently takes place and good-quality image free from bleeding is obtained thereby and to provide an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: In the ink composition containing charged particles containing at least a disperse medium and a coloring material, the charged particles contains at least one kind of recurring units containing a proton-accepting group and a copolymer having at least one kind of recurring unit containing an aliphatic group component and the ink composition contains at least one kind of charge adjuster having an acid group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
