<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content registration and use system capable of effectively utilizing a large quantity of content materials which are not uniformly standardized. <P>SOLUTION: A content registration and use server 100 comprises a content registration part 110 and a content using part 120 and has the function of extracting browsing information at the time of registering a content material from a registrant terminal 300 in the content registration part 110, and an editing using the content material can be performed in the content using part 120 by referring to extracted browsing information from a user terminal 400. Therefore, a large quantity of content materials not uniformly standardized can be effectively used.
