<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, via a network, a right to trade an environment-conscious right article in future and activate investments in environment-conscious activities. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic trading management system 10 receives access from a terminal 12 via a network and manages electronic trading in a right (an environment option) to invest in activities for improving the environment or to trade an environment-conscious article which is a right relating to the environment. A server 11 stores environment option attribute information in which the contents of articles, exercise prices, initial public offering prices, sellers and acquirers are described. When an operation for selling a new public environment option by public offering is executed by the terminal 12, the server 11 computes an initial public offering price, generates environment option attribute information and stores it.
