<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode backlight, a light emitting diode display, and a light emitting diode lighting device which are extremely reduced in the uneveness in color and brightness, and to provide methods of manufacturing them. <P>SOLUTION: Red light, green light, and blue light emitting diodes are arranged on a board 101 so as to form the light emitting diode backlight, the light emitting diode display, or the light emitting diode lighting device. The light emitting diodes formed of the same light emitting diode wafer are used, at least, as the certain color light emitting diodes out of the red light, green light, and blue light emitting diodes, or the light emitting diodes obtained from the same light emitting diode wafer are arranged on the board 101 in the same arrangement in which they have been arranged on the wafer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
