<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump apparatus capable of reducing the constitution of a unit without changing parts size. <P>SOLUTION: From the top view of a heat pump unit 1, a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 20 is disposed inclining with respect to a front panel 3b which is a front line of the unit. The width of the heat pump unit 1 can thereby be made smaller than the sum of a width W1 of the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 20, a diameter W2 of a fan 51 and a width W3 of an air-refrigerant heat exchanger 50 on the left side in the figure, without reducing W1, W2, W3.
