<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element, which can improve a light utilization efficiency for a laser beam when forming an organic film layer pattern with a laser transfer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescence element includes a stage in which a donor substrate 130 is laminated on the upper surface of a substrate 110 having pixel electrodes, and a stage in which a predetermined area of the donor substrate 130 is irradiated with laser beams 250, 255 by using a laser irradiation apparatus 200 equipped with a diffraction optical element 280 to form an organic film layer pattern 120 on the substrate 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
