<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board for loading an electronic part firmly joining a plurality of electrode pads formed on the top face of an insulating board and electrodes for the electronic part while having an excellent reliability on a mounting. <P>SOLUTION: In the board 9 for loading the electronic part, loading sections 3 for the electronic part are formed on one main surface while the board 9 for loading the electronic part has the insulating board 1 with a plurality of the formed electrode pads 2 connected to the electrodes for the electronic part respectively through conductor bumps 6. When the area of the electrode pad 2 is represented by S, a distance between the electrode for the electronic part and the electrode pad 2 by D and the central value of S×D by Vm, the expression 0.9×Vm≤S×D≤1.1×Vm holds true. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
