<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polygonal rib structure formed with ribs crossing each other in the direction of crossing at right angle based on a plane, and formed as the polygonal structure, especially related to the polygonal rib structure for impact absorption. <P>SOLUTION: This polygonal rib structure 2 having openings, formed as the polygonal form with the ribs 3 crossing each other in the direction of crossing at the right angle based on the one plane is provided by splitting the central part of the thickness, positioned at almost central part of each side of the polygonal ribs 3 into two, forming an opening part 4 by leaving the split surfaces of the two splits opposing each other, and forming each of the sides of the polygonal ribs as a shape of decreasing the cross-sectional area of the opening part 4 by going from the opening end to its inner part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
