<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for continuously reconstructing multi-resolution three-dimensional images using information on a region of interest. <P>SOLUTION: The method and the system of this invention can significantly reduce the time required to display high quality three-dimensional X-ray fluoroscopic images by utilizing the technique for continuously reconstructing the multi-resolution three-dimensional image.
