PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber for optical analysis excellent in condensing efficiency and capable of simply performing an optical analysis. SOLUTION: The optical fiber 10 for optical analysis is constituted so as to propagating not only first light 101a for irradiating a measurement target 1 but also to the second light 1a from the measurement target 1 and equipped with a core 11 for propagating the first light 101a, the first clad 12, which covers the core 11 to extend almost in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the core 11 and has a refractive index not higher than that of the core 11 to propagate the second light 1a, the second clad 13, which covers the first clad 12 to extend almost in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first clad 12 and has a refractive index not higher than that of the first clad 12, and a support part 14 which covers the second clad 13 to extend almost in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the second clad 13 and protects the porous structure in the first clad 12.
