PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load applied to image processing, easily give a change to a moving body object according to a topography, and realistically express a moving image in a virtual three-dimensional space. SOLUTION: This image processor stores peripheral image data including topographic data for displaying a peripheral image in the virtual three-dimensional space in a data storage part 207, moves the peripheral image relatively to the moving body object fixedly disposed in a predetermined position in the virtual three-dimensional space by a peripheral image processing part 208, gives a change to the moving body object according to a difference between the present topographic data in the predetermined position and next topographic data by an object processing part 209, reflects a topographic effect to the moving body object in a simple processing using just the topographic data before/after the movement, and realistically expresses the moving image of the moving body object moving in the virtual three-dimensional space.
