PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor for improving and ensuring a securement to a mounting board. SOLUTION: In the brushless motor 1, a soldering flat plane 5 is formed in a cover 4 for constituting a portion of an exterior housing 2 for accommodating a stator 9 and a rotor 18. One end 21a of a power supply terminal 21 is electrically connected to a circuit board 7. The other end 21b of the power supply terminal 21 is located in the same plane as the flat plane 5 outside the exterior housing 2. When the other end 21b of the power supply terminal 21 is soldered to the mounting board of a cellular phone, the flat plane 5 of the cover 4 is also soldered to the mounting board. Accordingly, the area of a section soldered to the mounting board can be increased in the brushless motor 1, and the securement of the brushless motor 1 can be improved to the mounting board.
