<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope with an RF tag for efficiently reading RF tag information with reduced influence of attenuation of a magnetic flux caused by metal by preventing the metal and the tag from being overlapped with each other by using a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: When the opening side 47 area of this envelope 41 is an upper area 43 and the area below the upper area 43 is a lower area 46, a separating means is a divider 45 positioned on the border between the upper area 43 and the lower area 46.
