PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication control system for vehicle in which functional sections for respective purposes other than Web browser functional section can be connected with the Internet not through a Web browser, and it can be carried out quickly in case of emergency communication. SOLUTION: A network controller 20 in vehicle for connecting a navigator 17, a browser 18 and a safety function controller 19 from a communication device 9 to a service center 14 through the Internet is provided independently from the browser 18. When the safety function controller 19 detects the accident of a vehicle, only the safety function controller 19 is connected, as the functional section for each purpose, with the service center 14 through the Internet so that communication with the service center 14 can be started quickly.
