PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection management program being installed in a controller wherein target devices can be logically connected in random combination from the controller, and a user can easily check establishment of logical connection between connection devices. SOLUTION: By installing a connection management program in a controller, i.e. an STB, the STB logically connects two connection devices when they are selected as logical connection objects. List data of respective connection devices on a bus is output into a topology panel 78 in such a format as physical connection relation of respective connection devices shown on line 85 and logical connection relation shown by arrows 86 and 94 can be understood.
