PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor composition in which depositing nature is good, which improves mobility more and is excellent in semiconductor characteristics to obtain a thin film transistor using the organic semiconductor composition. SOLUTION: The semiconductor composition which does not need an orientation treatment, such as an orientation film, etc. is formed by a very simple method of bonding a bondable base 3 bondable to metal fine grains 4 to the metal fine grains 4 obtained by a gas evaporation method.
