PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for reducing the electromagnetic interference of a plane display device by a clock generation circuit in order to resolve various problems of conventional techniques. SOLUTION: The method for reducing the electromagnetic interference includes steps of providing a first pair of clock signals including a first positive clock signal and a first negative clock signal having a phase difference of about 180 degrees to the first positive clock signal, and providing a second pair of clock signals including a second positive clock signal and a second negative clock signal having a phase difference of about 180 degrees to the second positive clock signal. The first positive clock signal has a phase difference of about 180 degrees to the second positive clock signal and the first negative clock signal has a phase difference of about 180 degrees to the second negative clock signal.
