摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device for a trace sample capable of agitating a trace liquid sample in a capillary-shaped sample container automatically, uniformly and accurately, a measuring method for measuring optically the characteristic of the trace sample by using the agitation device, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: In this agitation device, magnetic agitators 3a, 3b, 3c are floated in the capillary-shaped sample container 1, and a driving magnet 5 is disposed on its outside, and the agitators 3a, 3b, 3c are moved in the floating state by reciprocating operation of the driving magnet 5 to thereby agitate the sample in the sample container 1. This measuring device is constituted of a floodlighting means 7 for projecting a plurality of lights having different emission wavelengths onto one side of the sample container 1 equipped with the agitation device and transmitting the lights through it, a light receiving means 17 for receiving the transmitted lights and performing photoelectric conversion thereof, a signal processing part 23 for synthesizing a plurality of acquired detected values into one operation value, and an operation processing part 27 for taking one operation value and converting it into an optical characteristic value of the sample.
