PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chips generated when pressing a fuel filter in an inlet cylinder, from flowing in the inlet cylinder, in a solenoid fuel injection valve for pressing the fuel filter formed by insert-joining a filter mesh arranged in an opening part and a metallic collar member having a cylindrical part for covering a holding cylinder part in the rear of the opening part, to a rear part of the metallic inlet cylinder, in a synthetic rein filter frame having at least the bottomed cylindrical holding cylinder part having a plurality of opening parts on a front side wall. SOLUTION: A first press-in hole 51 for pressing in the cylindrical part 47a, and a second press-in hole 52 formed in a diameter smaller than the first press-in hole 51 by pressing in the holding cylinder part 48 between the cylindrical part 47a and the opening part 50, are coaxially arranged in a rear part of the inlet cylinder 32 via a step height part 53. A sealed annular chamber 54 is formed between the inner periphery of the first press-in hole 51 and the outer periphery of the holding cylinder part 48, in a press-in state of the cylindrical part 47a and the holding cylinder part 48 to the first and second press-in holes 51 and 52.
