PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device of an engine without causing a cold starting error. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device of the engine returns a part of fuel supplied to a fuel storage chamber 4 to a fuel tank 1 from an overflow passage 5. When advancing the fuel ignition timing in cold starting, an electric pump 10 is used for a feed pump 2, and this electric pump 10 is linked to a temperature detecting means 12 via a control means 11. When the temperature of a predetermined place of the engine is less than the predetermined preset temperature, the control means 11 controls the electric pump 10 so that a delivery quantity of the electric pump 10 increases more than when the temperature is the predetermined preset temperature or more, and increases pressure of the fuel of the fuel storage chamber 4 of a fuel injection pump 3.
