PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground structure excellent in cut-off efficiency and constructed with a simple method in the underground structure constructed by utilizing a plurality of tunnels arranged in parallel and its construction method. SOLUTION: The underground structure 1 constructed by utilizing a plurality of tunnels T1 arranged in parallel is equipped with a guide trench D1 opened in the other tunnel T1 side formed in a lining L1 of one tunnel T1 in two tunnels T1 and T1 adjacent to each other, a ridge P1 inserted in the guide trench D1 of one tunnel T1 formed in the lining L1 of the other tunnel T1 and forming a recessed section P11 in a shape for laying a pipe in the front end and a water sealing agent injected around the ridge P1.
