PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin composition which is suitable for optical use such as lens, an optical disk, an optical fiber and a flat panel display substrate or a window material of an automobile, and which has a high heat resistance, low discoloring and low thermal expansion coefficient, and can form a stable transparent conductive film, and has a good rolling ability, and can be used in low birefringence roll film. SOLUTION: The silicone resin composition comprises the silicone resin containing a polyorganosilsesquioxane having a cage structure in the structure unit as a main component represented by [RSiO<SB>3/2</SB>]<SB>n</SB>(wherein R is an organic functional group having a (meth)acryloyl group, and n is 8, 10 or 12), an oligomer having an unsaturated group represented by -R<SP>3</SP>-CR<SP>4</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB>or -CR<SP>4</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB>and a urethane bond copolymerizable with the silicone resin, and copolymerizable unsaturated compound in the weight ratio of 5-80:1-50:0-80.
