PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet capable of being mounted on a window frame of a vehicle or a fitting, such as a rack without installation of a curtain rail or other preparations (when mounted on a vehicle, it can be mounted from inside of the vehicle without necessity to open the door). SOLUTION: The sheet has magnets 1 on an upper edge (and a side edge or a lower edge if necessary) of a sheet 2 being a cloth or other materials, and fixing the sheet on a window frame of a vehicle or a steel part of a fitting, such as a rack by using a magnetic force of the magnets 1.
