The system has a building group comprising actuators, pumps, valves, and lamps. A processor is provided with an interface as well as a functional block. The interface is connected as a bus sharing unit (1) over a bus system. Several bus sharing units take over functions of a central controller. Special software modules are provided and the modules are distributed to the bus sharing units.
