<p>A process for the preparation of aminodiphenylamines in which aromatic amine selected from the group of aniline, o-toluidine, m-toluidine, p-toluidine, 4-ethylaniline, 4-butylaniline, 4-isopropylaniline, 3,5-dimethylaniline and 2,5-dimethylaniline is reacted with nitrohalobenzene optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from alkyl groups with 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the presence of a palladium catalyst and a base and the product thus obtained is hydrogenated with hydrogen.</p> |
