<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which can perform an original guarantee without using a large-scale electronic storage device. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing system which performs the original nature validation of an output form by printed additional information includes a first extraction means which extracts the electronic data of a partial overwritten in handwriting from scanned electronic data, a second extraction means which extracts the feature values of the electronic data extracted with the first extraction means, a first storage means which stores the electronic data extracted by the first extraction means and the feature values extracted by the second extraction means, and a third extraction means which extracts the additional information added to the output form.
