DEVICE OF WRITING INFORMATION ON USE OF DEVICE, IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS HAVING SAME, AND DEVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of writing information or the like on the use of the device for dispensing with the generation processing of an area for storing information on use when a new user appears.

SOLUTION: The writing device has a storage means 14 having the area 143 for storing information on use, where information on the use of a job execution device 1 by a user is stored while being related to the user as shown in Fig. 2. When using the device 1 by the user who succeeded in authentication by an authetication means 3, it is determined whether the area 143 for storing information on use of the user is present at the storage means 14 or not. When the area is not present, the area 143 for storing information on use is generated while being related to the user. Information on the user of the device 1 by the user is written into the generated area for storing information on use or an already existing area for storing information on use.
