<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input device etc. for enjoyably and efficiently learning race technique. <P>SOLUTION: Target information storage parts 203 are sporadically arranged on a virtual race course for storing information concerning a group of targets (target panels), each of which has target speed established. An operation input receiving part 201 receives an operation input directed to a movable body (a racing car) travelling on the course. A travelling state management part 204 manages travelling states of the movable body based on the operation input. A passing judging part 206a sequentially judges whether the movable body passes on the course by contacting each target based on the managed travelling states. A speed comparison part 206b compares speed of the movable body at the time of passing and the target speed of the target.
