<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive signal light via radio optical communication in a more simplified configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An optical radio communication apparatus 10 comprises a circulator 11, an optical fiber 121 and a lens 122. The circulator 11 includes a first terminal 11a, a second terminal 11b and a third terminal 11c, outputs signal light inputted from the first terminal 11a to the second terminal 11b and outputs signal light inputted from the second terminal 11b to the third terminal 11c. The optical fiber 121 includes a first end face 121a and a second end face 121b connected to the second terminal 11b, emits signal light inputted to the first end face 121a from the second end face 121b and emits signal light incident from the second end face 121b from the first end face 121a. The lens 122 causes signal light emitted from the second end face 121b to be projected as a radio communication signal, receives signal light and makes it incident to the second end face 121b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
