<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic member used for an antenna used for a radio-communication medium such as radio-communication medium treatment equipment, an IC tag or the like together with the antenna capable of lengthening a communication distance by avoiding the effect of a peripheral metal, having excellent magnetic characteristics and having superior shock resistance and durability and an antenna device using the magnetic member. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic member 26 uses a ceramic magnetic temporarily baked pulverulent body, a water-soluble binding agent and an oily plasticizer and has a flexibility.
