摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a photoconduction layer constituting a radiation imaging panel which records radiation image information as an electrostatic latent image, from a photoconductive material which has high sensitivity and is eco-friendly.

SOLUTION: The photoconduction layer constitutes the radiation imaging panel which records the radiation image information as an electrostatic latent image. The photoconduction layer is formed of BiX3, where X is at least one kind selected from among F, Cl, Br, and I.
